Domestic Violence Action Center: Legal Services

Domestic Violence Action Center (DVAC)  provides legal representation or consultations at the initiation of court proceedings, during ongoing court proceedings for ongoing court and/or paternity proceedings. DVAC Legal services also provides legal representation and/or consultations for Divorce and temporary restraining order/order for protection actions. If the case is an ongoing case, the attorney must have sufficient time to prepare for any hearings or trials so that they may provide effective counsel.
